Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email notification detailing estimated time of arrival along with a link to track your package. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier disruptions including inclement weather.
NOTICE: These are Personal care products, as a result these items are all FINAL SALE. If you have any questions before purchasing, be sure to contact us. Items will not be refunded after the package has been shipped. Your Safety is our #1 priority and for this reason, personal care products cannot be re-sold to someone else, even if the item is unopened or appears unopened.
Personal care items will only be replaced if:
Any item is damaged or missing for reasons due to our error
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item and we will send you the return address. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your item will be replaced.
If you need to exchange / return an item due to our error:
We will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the damaged or missing item, if applicable.
